Senior Active

This is a low impact social class for over 50s which takes place in our studio. In this class we will have fun individual and team-based games/activities as well as a full body strength + cardio circuit. This class is a great way to stay in shape and meet new people.


Parent & Baby Fitness

Duration: 45 minutes

If you need time to focus on moving your body and recharging your mind but struggle with childcare, then this is the class for you. Bring your little one along in this no pressure, inclusive exercise class to improve your pre and post natal fitness in a safe and friendly environment.
Suitable during pregnancy and from 6 weeks post-partum.
