New Sunday Class🥰 Sunday can only mean one thing… Run day 🏃‍♀️ Come along to our summer RunFIT sessions down at the shred shed, running from July to August. (pun intended😉)☀️ This class combines a warm up jog down from the Sports centre, specific strength training to support your form and some track work to finish.🏋️‍♀️ Start time is at mid day so you can still enjoy your Sunday lie in!
