Say hello to our Friday Pilates teacher Emma🤍 Emma mainly teaches STOTT PILATES which is a contemporary approach to the original exercise method pioneered by Joseph Pilates. This approach includes modern principles of exercise science, fascial fitness and spinal rehabilitation, making it one of the safest and most effective methods available. We also reference the classical original repertoire when appropriate. My main aim is to make fitness an inclusive and positive experience for all. To that end I hold qualifications in applying the Pilates method for long term medical conditions, pre and post natal, size diverse bodies, and I run the Neurodiversity in Fitness project.
