The beautiful thing about yoga is, as we follow our own breath to guide our movements around the mat, we can be completely in tune with ourselves. No one and nothing else matters. We have the ability to clear our minds, create clarity and be completely present, no matter our age or ability. My objective is to offer this space in each and every class.
This is an all levels class, just remember it is not about being good at something, but being present, open to trying new things and enjoying your practice.

Let one of our Pilates instructors help correct those muscle imbalances, improve your flexibility, balance, core stability and strength. Suitable for those who have been attending Pilates regularly and can work at a more dynamic pace, with more complex movements.
