Social Pickleball

Pickleball is a fun sport that combines elements of badminton, tennis, and table tennis. Played both indoors or outdoors on a badminton-sized court and a slightly modified tennis net. It couldn’t be easier to have a go at Pickleball and discover for yourself just how much fun it is!

Social Basketball

1 hour social session open to both members and non members on a pay and play basis. Skills, Drills and Pick up games.

Join our Social Badminton Class and experience the thrill of this fast-paced, fun, and highly engaging sport in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Whether you're a complete beginner looking to learn the basics, or an experienced player seeking to improve your skills and meet new people, this class is perfect for all skill levels.

Ladies Lifting Club

Duration: 60 minutes

If you're a woman looking to discover the benefits of strength training during ALL ages and stages of life, then this class is for you!
Each week will focus on a different movement, teaching you how to lift weights safely and effectively. This skill-based class will build on fundamental exercise movements starting with how to use and implement barbells into your training to leave you feeling fit, strong and empowered.

Couch to 5k Run

Duration: 60 minutes

Friendly, supportive and inclusive social run club amongst our beautiful local Sherborne scenery. A run is much more fun when shared with others so come along to clear your mind end the week on an natural high. We will aim to run or jog the 30-40 minute out-and-back route, at your own pace followed by a social stretch session
