Decent and very clean gym. However equipment is lacking, various members bring in their own gym pins which the gym does not have and is in need of. Staff are cool.

My name is Lisa,
I have been a Yoga, Pilates and Personal trainer for 15 years. Originally a classically trained ballet dancer of the Cecchetti style and a practicing yogi of 37 years.
I teach classical Pilates and contemporary Pilates focusing on spine alignment and balance techniques.
I teach Hatha, yin and Ashtanga Yoga, which focuses on the synchronisation of breath with movement.
I teach on Wednesday mornings 8.30-9.30 and 9.30-10.30 Pilates
and on Thursday evenings 5:10pm-6pm Pilates and 6pm-7pm Yin Yoga.
